Curcumin=Tumeric “Curcumin is used in Ayurvedic and Chinese medicine for its analgesic, anti-inflammatory, and antiseptic activity. Curcumin can help fight inflammation and aid the body’s immune response”. Garlic “Antiviral properties may be helpful in reducing the severity of symptoms in colds, flu or COVID-19 infections.
