Zidovudine: Used to treat HIV infections.
Ganciclovir: Used to treat cytomegalovirus infections.

It is important to note that not all viral infections can be treated with antiviral drugs, and some viruses have developed resistance to certain antiviral medications. Additionally, these medications may have side effects and should only be used under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
